Rochester Mills Beer Company was founded in 1998 in Rochester, Michigan by Mike Plesz. In 2019, he sold the company to California based Two Roots, which is a subsidiary of Lighthouse Strategies. The company planned on using the production facility to make non-alcoholic beer for their cannabis division.
