Cisco Brewery is a beer brand that was created in 1992 in Nantucket, Massachusetts by Randy and Wendy Hudson. In 2015, Craft Brew Alliance purchased a minority stake in the brewery, and then fully bought the brewery in 2018 for $23 million. At the time, Anheuser-Busch InBev had a 32.2% ownership stake in CBA, but in 2020 they purchased the rest of the firm, making Cisco a wholly owned subsidiary.
