HIGH WATER BREWING is independently owned!

High Water Brewing Company was founded in Lodi, California in 2011 by Steve and Bobbi Altimari. The name is a play on their last name, which is Italian for “high water.” After contract brewing for years, they opened a taproom in Lodi in 2019. In 2022, they took over the former Tower brewing company location in West Sacramento, but only a year later their lease was not renewed, and the company ceased operations across all of its facilities.
