Millstream Brewing Company was founded in Amana, Iowa in 1985 by Carrol Zuber and brothers James and Dennis Roemig. In 2000, they sold the company to Tom and Teresa Albert and Chris Priebe, who held it until 2021, when it was sold again to Steve and Susan Charlier and business partner Justin Cohanim.
