What does BIG WOODS RESTAURANTS Own?
Big Woods Restaurants was founded in 2009 in Nashville, Indiana by Tim O’Bryan, Ed Ryan and Jeff McCabe. It was originally known as Big Woods Brewpub, but as the company expanded it spun off its brewing wing to be known as Quaff On! Brewing. In 2017, the company purchased the similarly named Quaff Bros brewing for use on its barrel-aged beers. However, the company has since retired the name and has consolidated their beers under the Quaff On! brand.
