What does R.S. LIPMAN COMPANY Own?

R.S. Lipman Company was founded in 1934, in Franklin, Kentucky by Harry Lipman. It moved to Nashville, Tennessee in 1939 with the end of prohibition there, and soon became the state’s largest liquor distributor. In 2011, they got into the brewing business, first with the creation of their Hap & Harry’s brand, and later with the acquisition of several other local brands.
