What does UNIBRA Own?

Unibra was founded in 1960 when Michel Relecom purchased four breweries in the Democratic Republic of Congo and merged them into one group. In 1964 they formed a consortium with Labatt Breweries in Canada, Allied Breweries in the United Kingdom, and Pripps Bryggerier of Sweden to market the Skol brand, designed as an international brand available throughout the world. To this day, Unibra holds the rights to Skol throughout Africa.
