Rom Beer was founded in San Clemente, California in 2020 by Todd Delahunt. It was originally known as Delahunt Brewing. In 2023, Delahunt sold the brand to Miles McLennan and Chris Linn, as well as a group of investors. The following year, they rebranded the company to ROM Beer.
