What does COCA-COLA EUROPACIFIC PARTNERS Own?
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners was originally formed in 2016 as Coca-Cola European Partners from the merger of three bottlers: Coca-Cola Enterprises, Coca-Cola Iberian Partners, S.A. and Coca-Cola Erfrischungsgetränke AG. In 2021, they changed names to their current name when they purchased Coca-Cola Amatil out of the Pacific region, which produces Fiji Beer. The company is traded publicly on the London Stock Exchange, and is 34.5% owned by Olive partners and 19.5% owned by The Coca-Cola Company.
